After spending a few years out of the country for business, purchasing a new home from afar while moving back was a daunting task. Once my family and I found a home Shannon went above and beyond to help look at different policy options in addition to combining it with a new auto policy to get me the best policy and rate that worked for my family. She was efficient and quick to get back to any questions and inquiries. After we finalized the policy details, she took care of all the paperwork, working directly with the title company to make sure everything was in order at closing. I highly recommend Jim and his team and thank them for their attention to detail and making at least one part of the home buying process easy and stress free!"

"Jessica is the absolute best. When I first moved to Michigan I sent out about 10 emails for quotes, Jessica reached out to immediately and ran the numbers for me. She answered all my questions and ensured my coverage was exactly what I previously had. From there I didn’t even bother touching base with any other insurance provider. Jessica has always gone above and beyond and has been always so sweet. Recently we purchased a new vehicle and I had to call the 1800 number to have it added as the offices were closed and I was unaware I needed proof of insurance a week before we drove off the lot. Long story short the 1800 number people quotes me a very large number that I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford monthly. On the Monday I immediately contacted Jessica and she ran available discounts and also mentioned a QHC letter that would help lower. After working for weeks on my case, Jessica was able to have my rate lowered to a very reasonable number. As long as Jessica is working at State Farm, I’d never go anywhere else!!"
