"I'm really disappointed in the service here. I've been with Jim for YEARS. I'm over 40, haven't had a ticket in decades, yet they've found any reason to jack my rates up consistently throughout the years, instead of lowering due to age and excellent driving record. Now I have better health insurance that covers more, and they used that as a reason to raise it again, when you'd think it would be lowered. I will say the staff is nice and knowledgeable. But at this point I think it's predatory. I wouldn't advise using this company for your auto insurance. Currently looking for another provider."
