"Cancelled my three vehicles through customer service support due to this agent closed hrs. Called this agent of State Farm to confirm I had cancelled my policy. I was given information that my refund of two vehicles will be refunded 7-10 days…. I called the agent back 2 weeks later and I was put on hold for 30 mins and told it was being handled and State Farm sent out the check. Then here it is 30 days later called this customer service as well as State Farm agent and apparently one car has been refunded. The other is still on the policy that I have canceled. Long story short, very poor customer service By the agent which I highly stress not to use this service of agent, if you did go to State Farm, which I feel sorry for you if you did, I will never ever have insurance through this company again and PS I’m still fighting for my refund 45 days later, which I will be taking them to court very soon!"
